Refund Policy for All Custom Work

The definition of custom work shall include, but not be limited to the following - Machine Work (both manual and CNC), Custom Marker Assembly (whether it requires machine work or not), special order parts (items which are not normally stocked), any part that must or has been altered in any way, and anything that has been or is being anodized.

Once an order has been placed for custom work, that order may be canceled with no penalty up to the day that any part for that order has been sourced. Once the collection of parts has begun, the order may still be canceled, but the customer must pay a 20% (applied to the whole order total) restocking fee. Once machine work or assembly of the order has begun, there can be no refunds, and the order cannot be canceled. Changes to the order may be made depending on the situation, and at Logic Paintball's sole discretion.

Logic Paintball will do its best to label all services or products in our store that fall under these policies, however, the lack of this label does not infer that the item does not fall under these policies.

By placing an order with Logic Paintball, the customer agrees to abide by these policies.

Furthermore, all International Orders, Military Orders, and other orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked. Therefore, once the parts leave our door, there can be no refunds or disputes, because there is no way to be certain that the customer received their package. We will retain proof of shipment to stop the filing of a PayPal claim. Customers outside of the US order at their own risk. No ifs ands or buts, and no exceptions.
